New Heliopolis (هليوبوليس الجديدة) is a planned residential city spanning approximately 5,888 acres, established by Presidential Decree No. 193 of 1995 and managed by the Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development. Positioned as the natural eastern extension of the historic Heliopolis district, it offers a modern alternative for buyers who want proximity to Cairo Airport, the New Administrative Capital, and established east-Cairo services — at more accessible price points than the Fifth Settlement.
